MorphosesStreams uses live-streaming technology in conjunction with social media to reach beyond the constraints of the theater and find our "next" audience. The company streams high-quality video, live from whatever theatrical venue we are in, over the internet to specifically selected locations; public spaces that encourage a lively interaction with the performance experience. This initiative is part of Morphoses' overarching goal to establish meaningful connections to our art form and to close the gap between audiences and artists.

The first MorphosesStreams event took place on Thursday, October 27th, 2011. A performance of Bacchae was streamed from The Joyce Theater to Zaitzeff, an East Village burger bistro and Casita Maria Center for Arts and Education in the South Bronx.
